Vecino Construction is the general contractor for the Alumnus Gardens MO Project located at 4409 St. Louis Ave, St. Louis, MO. Alumnus Gardens is housing specific on helping folks who are medically underserved. Vecino Group is partnering with CareSTL Health who are building a healthcare facility adjacent to the property. The Vecino Group is a group of believers, we believe in development for the greater good. At Vecino Construction we believe when your end goal is bettering the world, you cannot take a lot of side trips along the way. The Alumnus Gardens MO project will consist of a new wood framed 3-story building with 60-unit apartments, centrally located residential amenities, community room, fitness center, lounge/library, and 63 parking spaces.
